In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the winrm Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winrm. You are advised to retain a copy of these Terms for your records.
Gambling involves financial risk. winrm operates entertainment products that carry a house edge. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing financial or personal difficulties, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the winrm Platform. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. winrm employs age verification procedures at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the winrm Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. winrm does not warrant or represent that the Platform is legally accessible in any particular jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk.
3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the winrm Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. winrm reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or withdrawals processed through them.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account: employees, contractors, or agents of winrm; individuals who have elected to self-exclude from the Platform; individuals under 21 years of age; and individuals acting on behalf of excluded persons.
4.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. winrm may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.
4.2 KYC Verification. winrm is required to verify the identity of all account holders in accordance with the anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations imposed by its gaming licence. You agree to provide KYC documentation (including, but not limited to, a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill) upon request. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. winrm will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify winrm support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
4.4 One Person, One Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, nor may you access or use any Account belonging to another person.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winrm accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may change without notice and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at all times.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet transactions and RM50 for bank transfer transactions, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. winrm reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Processing Times. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours. winrm does not guarantee these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the winrm Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. winrm accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
winrm does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals. Fees charged by third-party payment service providers are outside winrm's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and promotional offers made available by winrm are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. winrm reserves the right to void bonus winnings obtained in breach of these requirements.
6.3 Abuse and Misuse. winrm reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim any bonus awarded to an Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct winrm determines to be abusive.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the winrm Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.
7.2 Finality of Results. The result of any Wager settled by the winrm system is final, subject to any review process outlined in these Terms. winrm's records shall be the primary source of truth in any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, winrm will use reasonable efforts to determine the outcome based on available data. If no outcome can be determined, the Wager may be voided and the stake returned. winrm accepts no liability for losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Sportsbook. All sports bets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and bet type. winrm reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets and to correct obvious pricing errors before settlement.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at winrm's discretion without prior notice.
8.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the winrm Platform:
8.2 winrm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this clause, to void any related Wagers, and to withhold or reclaim any associated funds pending investigation.
9.1 winrm is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under this heading seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; and voluntary self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any account holder may request a voluntary self-exclusion of a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests may be submitted via the account settings dashboard or by contacting winrm support. During a self-exclusion period, winrm will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their Account.
9.3 Age Restriction. winrm strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs automated and manual controls to detect underage access. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

10.1 All content on the winrm Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of winrm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of winrm.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winrm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.2 winrm's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 winrm does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur without prior notice.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits winrm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 winrm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; failure to provide requested KYC documentation; request from a regulatory authority; or any other reason winrm deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the user, winrm reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting winrm support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC requirements have been met.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of winrm's gaming licence authority. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winrm's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
13.2 In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with winrm support by contacting [email protected]. winrm will acknowledge receipt of all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority.
14.1 winrm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email and/or a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.
14.2 Your continued use of the winrm Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.3.
